I'm Lan Golob
Ex-software developer turned high-ticket sales rep. I set calls for remote high-ticket offers, and I use my computer science background to learn and build the systems around the call: lead flow, follow-up and AI tools for sales teams.

Old-school values.
New-school tools.
I'm a software developer who realized I'd rather be on the side that sells. After a Computer Science degree and 1.5 years building portals at Petrol Pay, I went all-in on high-ticket remote sales in November 2025.
Since then I've been setting calls and running my first closing calls. My best month so far: $59K collected from my sets. It also showed me how much happens around a call that a rep never sees.
So that's what I'm learning now: how the rest of a sales team works. Lead flow, follow-up, show rates, how reps get paid, the tools they use. With my CS background I'm also building AI and automation for lead sourcing and outreach. I'm learning it in public, so you'll see what I'm testing, what worked and what didn't.
What stays old-school: I show up, I do the reps, and I keep my word.
Where I can help
A rep who can hold the conversation and also understands the machine behind it.
Setting & closing
High-ticket remote offers, cold and warm. I build rapport fast and actually care about where the prospect wants to go, so the right people show up to the call ready to decide.
Sales ops, learning in public
Lead quality, follow-up, show rates and comp plans. I'm learning how the whole team fits together so I get better at my piece of it, and I share what I find along the way.
AI & automation
A CS degree and real developer experience. I build tools for lead sourcing, enrichment and outreach, and I can talk tech with your team like a native.
From code to calls
Henry Eisenstein Mentorship Current
Setting calls for a commercial real estate mentorship with three programs, on US hours. Best month so far: $59K cash collected from my sets.
Curvion Blue
First sales seat, on a real estate coaching offer. Turned warm leads into booked appointments and managed the pipeline.
Closers Cult
Joined a high-ticket sales coaching program and started training on roleplays and live calls while still working as a developer.
Petrol Pay
Built internal and external portals with Angular on the frontend and Spring Boot on the backend.
University of Ljubljana
Faculty of Computer and Information Science. What I took from it: break a problem down and follow a process. It works on sales calls too.
Projects
Things I'm building on the side, because the best way I know to learn something is to build it.
Closer Labs
A commission and CRM dashboard for closers and setters: logged calls, sets vs. closes, commission, cash collected and invoicing in one place. Built with a developer partner.
AI lead sourcing
Scraping, enrichment and AI-assisted outreach to find the right people in the high-ticket sales space. Lessons from it show up in my posts.
This website
Hand-built, no templates. A small proof that I can still ship code, and the easiest place to book a call with me.
The rest of me
Fencing
Several national titles as a junior. Where the work ethic started.
Half Ironman
Finished one in 2025 after ten months of training.
MotoGP
Race weekends are sacred. Don't book me during the main race.
DJing
Techno, a Pioneer controller and two Amsterdam Dance Events.
